Having been an expatriate my entire career as Belgian Trade Commissioner with postings in Cameroon, Texas, California, France, Malaysia & amp; Philippines, I have developed a keen interest in cross cultural communication skills to successfully develop business in new markets. I have observed many faux-pas and recorded as many success stories as well. I edited several articles in business magazines and edited cross cultural manuals for USA and Malaysia as well as conducted cross cultural workshop for expatriates moving in or business executives on business trips.

Borned and raised in a multicultural society (Malay, Bumiputera, Chinese and Indian) leads me to be respectful to specific cultures and accept their  differences. Naturally enjoyed being around diverse groups during travelling and engaging with locals in Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Asia and Middle East, It progressively enhances my communication skills and capabilities in cultural intelligence. Besides I have developed academic skills by writing a university research on teamwork performance in a global corporation during my Master degree in communication with concentration on cross cultural issues. On a daily basis, I host travelers and organize local tours for them.
